"Ottima posizione"

Tranquillità, cortesia, disponibilità, pulizia e cura dei particolari hanno contraddistinto il ns soggiorno al Relais Gaia.

"An excellent stay"

The hotel was very central and close to the train station.
The facilities in the room were excellent; the bed was super comfy and the bathroom was nice and modern. The lady who helped at the B&B (she didn't tell us her name) was lovely. She was polite, friendly and always greeted us with a smile. She gave some advice on what to do in the city and made us feel so welcome! Overall an excellent stay in a lovely city.

"Un B&B bellissimo"

Il nostro soggiorno è finito oggi è stavamo già provando di prenotare per il mese prossimo preso Relais Gaia!
Un B&B bellissimo, arredato con stile ,ben curato,molto vicino alla stazione e al centro.
Ci siamo trovati molto bene, Daniele è molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha dato molte informazioni utili.
E ancora una cosa: la vasca idromassaggio... fantastica!

"ECCELLENTE!"

Ho soggiornato con la mia Famiglia 3 giorni in questo b&b, FANTASTICO !!!
Personale gentilissimo e simpaticissimo e la stanza pulitissima ed in più terrazzo meraviglio in cui ci servivano la colazione molto abbondante la mattina.
Ho avuto modo di conoscere il proprietario e la collaboratrice che elogio per la sua bravura, simpatia e disponibilità!.

"Amazing Hospitality"

From the moment I stepped inside the Relais Gaia Firenze B&B, I felt the amazing hospitality of Daniele and his staff. They made me feel right at home in my cozy room with every amenity from spa towels and soaps to breakfast delivered each morning to my tastes, which I enjoyed on my private terrace.
Daniele helped me find the perfect local Vespa tour as well as great eats around town. The Relais Gaia Firenze is located in the perfect spot - just a short 5-minute walk from the Old City Center. It was peaceful, quiet and very safe place. For sure, it's the next best thing to home in Florence!

"Great welcome"

In this little B&B you will feel like home . To the great welcome of the owner Daniel to the littles attentions of Mekia his assistant, you will find all you need for a family or couple stay.
The rooms are comfortable and perfectly furnished, you will appreciates the privates terraces and the breakfast served in here.
The cleanliness of the place as well of the bedding is excellent.

O proprietário foi muito atencioso e prestativo conosco, procurando fazer o máximo para tornar nossa estadia muito boa e confortável. Os quartos são novos e tudo muito limpo e arrumado.

"Il nostro Angolo di Paradiso"

Se siete alla ricerca di un angolo di paradiso per godervi la magnifica Firenze il Relais Gaia e quello che fa per voi. Troverete un ambiente comodo, pulito, silenzioso, elegante...FANTASTICO!!!
La signora della pulizie molto cordiale e accomodante vi porterà la colazione, che sceglierete la sera prima, in camera.
Il proprietario Daniele è un Signore, sempre attento e disponibile ci ha fatto sentire come suoi fratelli. Il b&b si trova a meno di 5 min a piedi dalla stazione e a meno di 10 dal centro e da tutte le attrattive della città.
Quando ritorneremo a Firenze il Relais Gaia sarà ancora il nostro angolo di paradiso. Non abbiate dubbi, il Relais Gaia vale ogni centesimo speso.
I B&B dovrebbero essere tutti così. Grazie di tutto Daniele, alla prossima.

"Herewith I would like to thank you again for the great stay we had at your beautiful B&B."

We are already looking forward to come back as the room is very beautifully equipped and decorated. The situation is ideal within walking distance of all main sights to visit and restaurants but in a quite area. Comfortable bed and very quiet. Extremely clean and very friendly team.

"Met All Our Expectations"

Located in a picturesque neighborhood where we were able to find everything we needed, Relais Gaia met all our expectations. The staff who welcomed us were always courteous and helpful and made sure we had everything. Recommended for a stay in the center of Florence just a short walk from Santa Maria Novella station.
