Health and safety first:

All our rooms will be equipped with hand sanitizer.

In addition, safety distances will be respected both during check-in and breakfast, which is served directly in the room.

Check-In/Check-out:

Reception is open everyday from 2.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m. 

The Reception Staff must be informed of the arrival time at least 3 days before the expected arrival date.

Arrivals after 7.00 p.m. are possible but must be agreed with the reception staff and may be subject to extra charge.

The Arrival day rooms will be ready for occupancy from 02.00 p.m., if you arrive earlier you can store your bags in our deposit. The check-out day you can use the room until 10.30 a.m. and then store again your bags in our deposit if you want to spend more hours in Florence.

Payment Information:

Rates are in Euro per Room. The "City Tax" of Euro 5,50 per Person per Night is Not Included in the Room Rate and paid directly to the Hotel in Cash.

Credit card is required only as guarantee your reservation.
No charges are made before your arrival.

Full payment will be made directly to the B & B unless a discounted rate room with prepayment is chosen, in which case the full amount will be charged on the day of booking and will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy: 

Cancellations and/or modifications are FREE OF CHARGE if requested within the terms specified (1 day before the arrival date) and should be comunicated by e-mail at info@relaisgaiafirenze.com otherwise you'll be charged of the total amount of the reservation.

In case of no show, late cancellation, check-in a day later or check-out a day earlier the total amount of the reservation will be charged as penalty fee.
